Especially for a noobie like me! Making potato salad from scratch took almost two hours, pretty annoying haha. It tasted alright though, here's a pic of it:

I tried to make it Japanese style, with Kewpie Mayo. It's a lot creamier than normal mayo, and tastes sooo much better imo! :D
